We’re here to support you on your journey to a job at the airport. The Airport Academy team works with a variety of different customers and trainees, offering short courses and a potential progression to a Level 2 programme.
The Level 2 programme will help you to become work ready, improving confidence, self-esteem and interpersonal skills. The academy then ensures your job prospects really take off by actively seeking out airport vacancies for you to fill.

The academy team will help anyone who wants to find work at Manchester Airport. They are more than happy to spend time reviewing your CV and aspirations. The team will also talk to you in detail around the different types of roles available and ensure that you get the job that is right for you.
The academy team works closely with all individuals to ensure that all eligibility checks have been conducted prior to interview (these include a five year history check and identification checks).
