We provide different English and Maths courses for a range of pathways. GCSEs are often required for further study and specific careers, while Functional Skills focus on developing practical skills for everyday life and employment.

Functional Skills give you practical English and Maths skills to help you in everyday life and at work. They can help build your confidence as you progress with your learning. All courses lead to a nationally recognised qualification from Entry Level to Level 2.

Our part-time Maths and English GCSEs for adults provide an opportunity to gain a qualification which is key to progression in employment and education.

You will undertake an assessment to ensure you are placed on course that’s right for you and suitable for your needs. Please click on the assessment link below to get started.
You can book both assessments, but please make two separate bookings – one for English and one for Maths. Each booking slot is for one subject only.
Each assessment takes 1 hour to complete and then our team will review whether you should progress onto Functional Skills or GCSEs.
