Train to become a multi-skilled operative capable of painting and decorating, applying plaster, completing basic joinery, and carrying out a range of small domestic repairs. Students will complete units across each trade area, developing the practical skills needed to support repairs and maintenance within domestic properties.

Course Requirements
GCSE Maths and English Grade 3 or above and a desire to be in the construction industry.
What you will Learn
You will learn how to carry out a wide range of general property repairs, including roofing work, gutter maintenance, sink repairs, wall and floor tiling, and applying decorative finishes
Assessment
Practical assessments on individual trades and final synoptic practical assessment to industrial standards.
Written exam for underpinning knowledge.
