Level 4 NVQ in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice

The qualification will allow candidates to assess and assure the quality of internal assessment in the workplace. This short term course will run for 2.5 hours per week

To have achieved either:

Award in Assessing Competence in the Workplace Level 3

Award in Vocationally related Achievement Level 3

Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement Level 3

Potential candidates must be in a professional practice where quality assurance activities are carried out

This course is intended for individuals who maintain the quality of assessment processes within an organisation or assessment centre.

Becoming an IQA is seen as the natural career progression for Assessors. Regardless of the sector you work in, if you are looking to become an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) / Internal Verifier to help ensure assessment is consistent, fair and accurate for all learners.
